The ARC Spandrel Barrier SPB100/100 is designed to seal the top of party wall cavities, providing both fire resistance and thermal insulation. When used in conjunction with the ARC T-Barrier installed vertically, it enables the achievement of a zero U-value, effectively minimizing thermal bypass.

• Fire Integrity: Offers up to four hours of fire integrity around the edge of the party wall and up to one hour between the spandrel panel and blockwork.
