- Thermal Insulation: This barrier significantly reduces thermal bypass, helping to achieve a zero U-value at party wall junctions. It minimizes heat loss and enhances energy efficiency in buildings.
- Acoustic Performance: Designed to reduce flanking noise, the ARC TBM150/150 enhances acoustic insulation, ensuring a quieter and more comfortable living environment.
- Easy Installation: The ARC T-Barrier Masonry is designed for easy installation as the brick and blockwork progresses. It requires no mechanical fixings, relying on a friction fit within the external cavity and compression fit within the party wall cavity.
- Durability: Manufactured using rockfibre mineral wool, which achieves a fire classification of Euroclass A1 as defined in BS EN 13501-1. The integral DPC is manufactured in accordance with BS 6515, ensuring long-lasting performance.
- Environmental Impact: The product is environmentally friendly, containing no CFCs or HCFCs, and is classified as ODP and GWP zero. It has a Green Guide rating of A+.
- Certification: Independently tested and certified, including IFC certificate number IFCC 1728, ensuring compliance with building regulations and consistent manufacturing standards.
