ARC TCB Square

The ARC TCB Square is a high-performance cavity barrier designed for timber frame constructions, specifically where service penetrations, such as pipes, pass through external walls. This product is essential for providing both fire protection and thermal insulation in these critical areas. The ARC TCB Square is made from non-combustible rockfibre mineral wool, which delivers up to 60 minutes of fire integrity and 15 minutes of insulation performance, helping to prevent the spread of fire and smoke through cavities.

The innovative design of the ARC TCB Square allows it to be easily installed around service penetrations. It is compression-fitted within the wall cavity, ensuring a snug and effective seal without the need for additional fixings. The barrier’s flanges can be fixed above and below the penetration point to direct water away from the internal leaf of the building, enhancing the product's functionality. The ARC TCB Square is suitable for use in a range of cavity widths and can accommodate pipe diameters up to 150mm.

This product meets the cavity barrier requirements of Approved Document B and is third-party certified by IFC, ensuring it complies with the latest building regulations.
