How much do I need to spend for free delivery?

Most of our products require a minimum spend of £200 to qualify for free delivery (otherwise a £10 fee applies). Some items marked as Big and Bulky require a minimum spend of £500 to be sent carriage paid (otherwise a £50 fee applies).

What happens if I buy something that says in stock and something that has a lead time on it?

We typically dispatch items together, so your order will be sent as soon as everything is received in our yard. If you would like us to part dispatch your order, please place these items as separate orders.

Can I split boxes?

All of the products on our website are sold at the lowest unit size available. If something is listed per box, we are unable to split it at the moment.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can use these details to track the progress of your delivery.

What if I need my order urgently?

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only offer delivery within the UK. We are working on expanding our delivery options to include international shipping in the near future.

No, there is no minimum order quantity. You can purchase any quantity as per your requirement. However, free delivery thresholds and fees apply as per our delivery terms.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
