The ARC Timber to Brickwork Cavity Barrier (TCB) range is specifically designed for timber frame constructions, providing essential fire integrity and acoustic protection between timber frames and brickwork. These cavity barriers are available for cavities up to 150mm wide, ensuring a precise fit for various building designs. The ARC TCB offers up to 60 minutes of fire integrity, making it ideal for compliance with UK Building Regulations and standards like Robust Detail Part E and Approved Document B. Available in vertical and horizontal configurations, these barriers are suitable for installation around window and door openings as well as at junctions in terraced or semi-detached properties. The non-combustible rockfibre mineral wool insulation used in these barriers offers a thermal conductivity of 0.037W/mK, ensuring both safety and energy efficiency.
