The Timloc Everdry Adjustable Stepped Cavity Tray is a preformed damp-proof course (DPC) designed to prevent water penetration at the junction where a pitched roof meets a cavity wall. This system is suitable for external walls up to 120mm thick, constructed from standard brickwork or similar materials with regular course heights of approximately 75mm. It accommodates roof pitches of 15 degrees and above and clear cavity widths between 50mm and 110mm.

Key Features:

• Adjustable Back Upstand: The tray features a high back upstand that can be adjusted to cover clear cavities ranging from 50mm to 110mm, ensuring versatility across various wall configurations.

• Roof Pitch Indicators: Integrated roof pitch marks on the tray upstand provide installation guidance, facilitating accurate placement in accordance with the roof's slope.

• Simplified Installation: Designed to build into the outer leaf only, this system speeds up installation and allows both inner and outer leaves to be constructed independently if required.

• Tear-Off Polystyrene Strip: The tray includes a pre-applied polystyrene strip at the base, which serves as a mortar barrier. This strip is easier to remove than traditional mortar and provides a visual locator for the cavity tray, aiding in the installation of post-fitted lead work.
  
  

Components:

• Left Hand Intermediate Trays: Form the main tray run, with one tray on each course of brickwork running the full length of the abutting roof slope.

• Right Hand Intermediate Trays: Same but for the other side of the run.

• Stopend Starter Trays: Installed at the lowest point on a standard abutment, these trays collect water gathered by the system and discharge it from the wall through a weep unit.

• Corner Starter Trays: Used where the abutting roof extends to or beyond the corner of the main building, these trays are designed to return around the corner to provide complete protection. (please note we don't currently stock these with a tear off strip).

• Ridge Trays: Utilized where right-hand and left-hand roof slopes converge at an apex, straddling the top two intermediate trays to ensure continuous protection.
