The Timloc Inter-loc Horizontal Cavity Tray IL4 is a preformed damp-proof course (DPC) designed for both new build and existing cavity walls. Measuring 900mm in length, equivalent to four brick lengths, this tray features an integral interlocking mechanism that securely joins cavity tray lengths together, creating a watertight run without the need for additional jointing adhesives on-site.

Key Features:

• Integral Interlocking Joints: The trays are equipped with built-in interlocking lapped joints, eliminating the requirement for additional jointing adhesives or tapes during installation.

• Versatile Application: Suitable for use at the abutment of flat or mono-pitch roofs with cavity walls, over concrete ring beams, and above airbricks, cavity liners, ducts, and meter boxes. The tray fits all clear cavity sizes up to 125mm and is appropriate for walls constructed from brick, block, or stone materials.

• Compliance and Quality: The tray features a 150mm high back upstand, exceeding the minimum requirements of the NHBC. It is manufactured to BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO 14001 standards, ensuring high quality and environmental management.
