ARC Retrofit Eaves Insulator

The ARC Retrofit Eaves Insulator brings the thermal performance of the standard ARC Eaves Insulator to existing buildings where the roof structure is already in place and full access is not available. Designed to be inserted from inside the loft space without removing tiles or fascia boards, it closes the thermal bypass at the eaves and significantly reduces heat loss at the wall plate detail in existing homes.

Like the standard Eaves Insulator, it uses non-combustible glass mineral wool to insulate the eaves zone continuously to the wall plate, while maintaining the required ventilation path. The Retrofit Eaves Insulator is particularly suited to EPC improvement works, social housing upgrade programmes, and any retrofit project where improving eaves insulation forms part of a broader energy efficiency strategy.
