Discounted construction supplies, end-of-line stock and bulk-buy savings on Spechunter's specifier-grade product range. Stock is limited and rotates frequently — buy when you see it.

What's Currently in Clearance

The clearance section regularly includes:

• Ancon ties — overstock and end-of-line variants from the Ancon CCB and Porotherm tie ranges
• Vista wall ties — discontinued or surplus Vista product variants
• Porotherm-specific ties — Porotherm wall ties at reduced trade pricing

All clearance products are genuine first-quality stock — not seconds, not damaged, not refurbished. Items are clearance only because we're rotating them out of the regular catalogue (revised packaging, replacement product lines, surplus from a project order).

How Clearance Works

Items are listed on a first-come basis until sold out. Pricing is final — no further discount available. Standard trade terms apply: order before midday for next-day delivery on orders over £200 ex-VAT.
