Damex FR Non Combustible DPC

The Damex FR Non-Combustible DPC is a high-performance damp proof course and cavity tray system engineered for compliance in modern construction. Manufactured from woven glass fibre with a polymer coating, this flexible membrane achieves a Euroclass A2-s1,d0 fire rating to EN 13501-1, making it suitable for use in high-rise and multi-unit buildings where non-combustible materials are mandatory.

Damex FR provides robust protection against both rising damp and penetrating moisture when installed as a Type A DPC or cavity tray. Its flexibility ensures reliable performance even in cold working conditions and allows easy site-formed corners without compromising fire safety or durability. The product is independently certified with a Kiwa BDA Agrément, confirming its compliance with UK Building Regulations.
