ARC Contract Closer

The ARC Contract Closer is a rigid PVCu cavity closer for masonry construction, designed to eliminate cold bridging and prevent moisture ingress at window and door reveals. Using an XPS insulation core with a thermal conductivity of 0.034 W/mK, it provides the best thermal performance in the ARC non-fire-rated cavity closer range — particularly effective in wide-cavity masonry construction where cold bridging at the reveal is a design concern. An integral plastic DPC is built into the profile, removing the need for a separate DPC at this detail.

The Contract Closer is suitable for first-fix or second-fix installation and is available in a single-flange option to suit check reveals. It is not fire rated; for fire-rated reveals, see the ARC Rockfibre Insulated DPC. Products are supplied in packs of 8 × 2.4m lengths and cover cavity widths from 50mm to 130mm.
