ARC Soffit Slab

The ARC Soffit Slab is a foil-faced rockfibre mineral wool slab designed to fill the void at the soffit-to-party wall junction in masonry construction, where the cavity is exposed at eaves level or beneath a balcony or overhang. It is fully tested and third-party certificated by IFC (certificate number IFCC 1959), achieving up to 90 minutes fire integrity and 15 minutes fire insulation to EN1366-4.

The Soffit Slab can be installed without fixings using compression alone (fire tested), or mechanically secured with helical screws into timber battens where PVC soffit boards are present. The standard product measures 600mm × 500mm and is available in 100mm and 150mm thicknesses to suit different soffit-to-wall cavity configurations. Slabs can be cut on site where a closer fit is needed.
