This Cavity Trays Type W Cavity Weep Vent is used with DPC, lintels, and cavity tray installations to discharge water and provide ventilation in a cavity wall. Finished in Red / Terracotta, it sits discreetly in the perp joint while encouraging airflow to reduce condensation.

Each vent measures 105/115mm x 65mm x 10mm and is supplied with lockfit wedges for a secure fit. Manufactured from polypropylene, the Type W provides 320mm² free air space and takes advantage of pressure differentials to help evacuate humid air.
