OBEX CORTEX 0100FR DPC Membrane - 1300mm x 20m by Obex Protection

The OBEX CORTEX 0100FR is a fire-classified DPC membrane achieving a Class B-s3,d0 rating under EN 13501-1. Supplied as a 1300mm × 20m roll and conforming to BS 8215 and EN 14909, the 0100FR is designed for use as a damp proof course in masonry walls, cavity trays, and below-ground applications where fire performance is required.

At 0.5mm thickness, the 0100FR delivers a tensile strength of 2,300–2,500 N/50mm (EN 12311-2) and operates across a temperature range of −40°C to +70°C. The membrane achieves a W1 watertightness rating to EN 1928, provides crack resistance of 100,000 cycles, and offers UV resistance exceeding 10 years.

Installation info:

Install in accordance with BS 8215. Lap all joints by a minimum of 100mm and seal with OBEX CORTEX 0531FR Air & Vapour Tape. Use in conjunction with cavity trays and weepholes where required.
