The Ancon CCB-SMJ-200 Porotherm Movement Tie is a stainless steel tie designed for fixing Porotherm cellular clay blockwork back to structural steelwork or existing masonry. Developed for thin-joint construction with approximately 1mm mortar beds, it provides restraint while allowing differential movement between the block leaf and supporting structure.

This movement tie incorporates a slotted design that accommodates expansion, contraction and settlement without transferring stress into the blockwork. Supplied in boxes of 250, it is manufactured with a standard 110mm length to suit typical Porotherm wall build-ups.
