This Cavity Trays Type W Cavity Weep Vent is for use with DPCs, lintels, and cavity tray installations to discharge collected water from the wall fabric. Measuring 105/115mm x 65mm x 10mm, each clear polypropylene vent includes lockfit wedges for a secure fit.

The Type W provides 320mm² of free air space and serves a dual function. It removes water from within the cavity wall while also allowing ventilation, helping to reduce interstitial condensation. By exploiting pressure differentials between the cavity and outside air, it aids evacuation of humid air.
