The IKO Hyload Trade DPC is a durable, flexible damp proof course designed to block moisture movement through masonry structures. This 600mm wide roll provides extended coverage for larger cavity wall constructions, stepped details, or areas where wide protection is required, such as floor-level cavity trays or multi-leaf walls.

Its size and strength make it particularly effective for use as a cavity tray, helping to redirect water that enters the outer leaf of a wall safely out through weep vents. The material can be formed to suit stepped or horizontal applications and retains its shape when built into the wall. It’s suitable for installations above windows, doors, or cavity insulation and offers a reliable barrier to protect internal components from moisture ingress.

Made from a robust polymeric material, Hyload Trade DPC is resistant to impact, doesn’t extrude under load, and is compatible with brick, block, stone, and concrete. It meets BS EN 14909 and complies with UK Building Regulations for use as a damp proof course or cavity tray. Supplied in a 20-metre roll, it provides a long-lasting and efficient solution for structural damp protection across a variety of project types.
