This Timloc FR60 is a 60 minute fire rated cavity closer for sealing a 100mm cavity around external door and window openings. This 100mm cavity closer provides enhanced fire protection and limits cold bridging and moisture transfer at reveal junctions in brickwork and blockwork.

It forms a neat reveal and keeps a steady thermal break. This thermal cavity closer works as both a fire rated cavity closer and a fire resistant cavity closer, and functions as a cavity closer for brickwork across different openings.
