Installation essentials

1. Cavity trays – overlap 150 mm, clip stop-ends, seat tray dpcs on fresh bed, insert Timloc weeps every 450 mm.

2. Closers – push-fit into cavity, cut flush, staple to stud or nail into block; seal the DPC flap to wall dpm.

3. Under-floor vents – maintain 150 mm clear airflow path; add front & rear extensions for deep thresholds.

4. Airbricks – combine with telescopic vent for full through-wall ventilation; face bricks flush with external skin.

5. Access panels – clip or screw fix; leave 3 mm expansion gap on heated service risers.

FAQs

Can Everdry trays be used with natural stone?
Yes – ensure tray length matches stone block; use Timloc Type L stop-ends at both heads.

Do Thermo-Loc closers meet Part L 2021 ψ-values?
Platinum-Plus achieves ≤ 0.8 W/m²·K linear value – good for most domestic SAP calc targets.

Are Invisiweep vents rodent-proof?
Yes – integral stainless mesh meets NHBC rodent-resistance requirement.
