The ARC Spandrel Barrier SPB100/140 provides effective fire stopping at party wall spandrel junctions where a 100mm cavity and 140mm blockwork are present. It closes the cavity at the head of the wall to limit fire and smoke spread.

Constructed from non-combustible mineral wool with an integral DPC, the barrier delivers up to one hour of fire integrity while supporting improved thermal and acoustic performance at the junction.
