ARC Spandrel Barrier SPB75/140 – 75mm Cavity, 140mm Block – 90/75 × 25/215 × 1200mm (Bag of 12)

The ARC Spandrel Barrier SPB75/140 is designed to provide fire stopping at party wall heads where a 75mm cavity and 140mm blockwork are used. It seals the junction between the top of the masonry and the underside of the spandrel panel, restricting the spread of fire and smoke.

Manufactured from non-combustible mineral wool with an integral damp proof course, this barrier provides up to one hour of fire integrity while also helping to reduce thermal bypass and flanking sound.
