The ARC Spandrel Barrier SPB125/100 is designed for party wall applications using a 125mm cavity and 100mm blockwork. It provides effective fire stopping at the spandrel panel junction, limiting fire and smoke spread.

Constructed from non-combustible mineral wool with an integrated DPC, the barrier offers up to one hour of fire integrity while also improving thermal and acoustic separation.
