    The Timloc Thermo-Loc Platinum Plus Cavity Closer 50mm x 2.4m is an insulated cavity closer designed to close narrow cavities at window and door openings in masonry cavity wall construction where a 50mm cavity is specified. It helps reduce cold bridging and provides a continuous damp proof course at reveals.

    This cavity closer features an extruded rigid uPVC profile with an expanded polystyrene insulated core to deliver improved thermal performance. The insulation helps limit heat loss at reveals, supporting compliance with current energy efficiency standards. Thermo-Loc Platinum Plus is suitable for both first and second fix installation and is compatible with standard masonry construction methods.

    The product is supplied in 2.4m lengths that can be cut on site to suit specific opening dimensions. It provides a continuous insulated barrier around jambs and sills, helping to improve overall wall U-values and reduce cold bridging at external openings.
