The Timloc Thermo-Loc Platinum Plus Cavity Closer 75mm x 2.4m is an insulated cavity closer designed to close the cavity at window and door openings in masonry cavity wall construction where a 75mm cavity is specified. It provides a thermal break and continuous damp proof course at reveals to help reduce cold bridging and moisture penetration.

This cavity closer uses an extruded rigid uPVC profile with an expanded polystyrene insulated core to deliver improved thermal performance around openings. The insulation helps limit heat loss at window and door reveals, supporting compliance with current energy efficiency standards. Thermo-Loc Platinum Plus is suitable for both first and second fix installation and is compatible with standard masonry construction methods.
