Installation checklist

  1. Lay on a 450 mm × 900 mm grid (2.5 ties / m²); double within 150 mm of openings or movement joints.

  2. Embed 50 ± 10 mm into each masonry leaf—centre the drip mid-cavity.

  3. Wide cavities (>150 mm)—slip a compression sleeve over the shank to curb tie whip.

  4. Movement joints—swap standard ties for stainless movement ties every 10–12 m.

  5. Timber-frame ties—nail both ends; keep 10 mm vertical play to absorb differential settlement.
